RETURN POLICY

CRAYUNAL does not take returns on never used items.  Any item for which the condition states new, never used, pristine and/or store fresh is a FINAL SALE.  FINAL SALE occurs when payment is made and processed by our credit card company or when a bank wire is received.  

CRAYUNAL does not take returns on items sourced on behalf of a client (or its agent) that were not in our inventory at the time the request was made.  Such orders are considered “custom orders” and custom orders, whether new or preloved, are not eligible for return.

We accept returns for store credit on items described as “Preloved” in the condition description, providing that the item is in the same condition as when it was sold. 

Store credits will be valid for 180 days from the date of purchase.

Please email info@crayunal.com within 48 hours of receipt of the item you wish to return.  We will issue you an insured return label.  On receipt and inspection of the returned item, we will advise of the store credit.   The credit will be less our original shipping cost and the return shipping cost.  

Should you elect to return using your own label, we must receive the item back within four days (seven days for overseas buyers) of notifying us that you would like to return the item.  

We are not responsible for any return shipped to an incorrect address or lost or damaged in transit.  Therefore, we advise that packages containing returns be insured.

We video all items prior to shipping and we reserve the right to reject a return if the items appears to have been used.  

Returns from outside the United States are subject to custom charges and/or foreign exchange charges and these charges will be deducted from the refund.
